ENARD’s 5th Executive Committee (ExCo) Meeting was hosted by US DOE in the impressive surroundings of the Ronald Reagan Building, Washington DC, 22nd-23rd September 2008. The ExCo covered a range of important business at the meeting, including the adoption of Annex IV, on Transmission Systems. The ExCo also discussed and agreed upon the further development of the Implementing Agreement, including the initiation of the advance planning for the next two in the series of topical Annex I workshops and the adoption of the
Year 3 Programme-of-Work, for the period October 2008 to September 2009.
