France joins the ENARD Implementing Agreement, January 2009
France formally joined the ENARD Implementing Agreement, 5th January 2009, to become ENARD's 13th participating country. France will be represented on the ENARD ExCo by ERDF (Electricite Reseau Distribution France) and by INPG (Institute National Polytechnique de Grenoble).
